The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 8,             
1999, calendar (page 1270), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 143(L&C)                                                
"An Act relating to the executive officer employed for the Real               
Estate Commission, to the real estate surety fund, and to                      
employees paid from money in the real estate surety fund."                     
                                                                               
The following members moved and asked unanimous consent that they              
be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest:

Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote.
